RETURN POLICY

Return/Refund Policy

At Living Well Today International, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we have outlined our return policy guidelines below.

Products are eligible for return/refund within 5 business days of the order processed date. To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that heat-sensitive, perishable items, and equipment/devices are not eligible for return or refund. However, if you would like to cancel your order before it has been processed, you may do so for a full refund. Please visit our <order> page for more information.
To request a return, please email us at shop@lwtinternational.com and provide your order number and contact information. Please note that all returns, excluding those at fault of Living Well Today International, are subject to a 35% returns processing fee, as returned products are not returned to stock. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees if applicable.  We do not offer exchanges on returned products at this time.

 

Please also note that refrigerated, perishable products, and equipment/devices are ineligible for returns. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements or are not authorized.

Lastly, we want to make you aware that the refund process may take some time, depending on the policies of the issuing bank or financial institution. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Bulk Purchases/Reseller Refund Policy

 Returns, cancellations, and order modifications are not permitted for bulk purchases made by individuals or internet resellers after the order has been processed.  Depending on the product and quantity processing time may vary. Please review our <orders> page.

Internet Reseller Return Policy

Purchases made by internet resellers aren't eligible for return.

As an NSF International® registered and cGMP compliant company, we do not resell returned items—so our customers can be confident that every product purchased from Living Well Today International has been kept under the proper conditions at all times.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via our wholesaler Emerson Ecologics. All orders ship within 48 hours. Tracking numbers will be provided by UPS or USPS.
