- 1st Day: Take 5 drops on the tongue every 15 minutes for two hours.
- Continue with 5 drops every hour. 2nd Day: Continue with 5 drops every hour. 3rd Day: Reduce to 5 drops every two hours.
- Thereafter, if needed, continue with 10 drops three times daily.
- AB, N11 is a three-day remedy.
- If in three days improvement is not achieved, the therapy should be re-evaluated.
