Suggested Use
Start with 1 capsule, 1 time a day away from food and supplements. Gradually increase to 1-2 capsules, 2 times a day as tolerated. Once at 4 capsules in the course of a day, it may be appropriate to consider moving from BFM-P™ to BFM-1®.
